Hammock Yoga

Experience poses focused on stretch and decompression of the spine, release pressure on the joints, stimulate endocrine and circulatory systems, as well as reach many other benefits; through down to the mat silk hammocks. Enable your body to open up not only physically, but mentally, as we move mindfully and give ourselves a quiet space. This class is appropriate for all levels.

Gentle Yoga

Ease into your morning as we focus on alignment, deep breath, mindfulness and listening to the body. Slow down and create space for stillness while nourishing joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia. Make space for your body to open and invite lengthening and stretch. This class is appropriate for all levels.

Candlelight Yoga

Rest your mind and body with a class emphasis on muscular relaxation, deep stretch, awareness of alignment, and breath to achieve an overall quiet state. A great counterbalance for those who are active, "busying" their lives, or simply seek a quiet space for self. Melt away stress, be still, and enjoy the ambiance of low light and guided meditations.

Power Yoga

Power yoga is a challenge vinyasa flow style class with a focus on strength building asana and transitions. The perfect cross training for your cardio and lifting regimen, this class will encourage working on a strong core as the foundation for more challenging postures.

Yoga 101

Yoga 101 is a beginner class offers a step by step visual walk through instruction, along with brief descriptions of how each pose is a benefit to your body. Feel welcomed as a new student, and comfortable as modifications are offered to reach your unique body alignment.
